You can run 4channels executable (it is in bin/ directory, LibRaw downloads are available at https://www.libraw.org/download ) from command line, passing filenames as parameters, or you can make a simple GUI wrapper around it.
g1/g2 pixels are located in diagonal manner in standard bayer pattern. We do not see any easy way to combine them in output images without holes and/or interpolation.
