This is initial english-language release. It is in sync with 0.9.8-RU, several bugs found in 0.9.5-0.9.7 are fixed.

Downloaded the file and Norton insight (Norton 360 v5). It said there was a threat in it and removed the file.
It said that 'ws.reputation.1' was a threat. Might be because insight has not seen this file before.

Yes, the file is new to all antivirus progams, so there is no statistical reputation counts.

We'll sign new releases with electronic signatures, so after some period our signature will become 'clean' for antivirus vendors.
